Coin purchases

Puzzle Folio sells consumable coin packages through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Coins can be used for premium puzzle categories, replay resets, additional Gallery capacity, and paid hints.

Your store displays the final price, currency, and applicable taxes before confirmation. Store pricing can vary by country, exchange-rate tier, or platform.

How coins are delivered

You must be signed in before purchasing. After payment, the store transaction is verified by Puzzle Folio’s secure service. Coins are then credited to the signed-in account and synchronized across devices.

Keep the app open until confirmation appears. A slow connection or temporary store delay can postpone delivery without charging you twice.

What Restore Purchases does

Restore Purchases asks the store to resend eligible transaction history for verification. Coin packages are consumable items, so coins already delivered or spent are not normally credited a second time. Restore is useful when a valid purchase has not yet been recognized by your Puzzle Folio account.

Refund requests

Apple and Google process payments and decide refund requests under their policies and applicable law. Puzzle Folio cannot directly return funds charged by an app store.

• Apple purchases: request help from Apple .
• Google Play purchases: request help from Google Play .

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found invalid, its associated coins may be removed from the account.

Purchase missing?

1. Confirm you are signed into the Puzzle Folio account used at checkout.
2. Check that the store shows the transaction as completed.
3. Open Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases.
4. Restart the app with a stable internet connection.

If the balance is still incorrect, contact us with your platform, product, purchase time, and store order identifier. Never send full card or bank details.

Rewarded-ad coins

Rewarded ads do not involve a purchase. Eligible completions award the amount displayed in the app after server verification. Cooldowns and daily limits apply. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
