Play the puzzle, earn the place

Puzzle Folio’s leaderboard is designed to celebrate genuine puzzle completions. Scores, coins, ad rewards, Journeys, and ranks should reflect real play through the normal app experience.

What is allowed

• Replaying the same puzzle through the app’s replay system.
• Using free or paid hints provided by Puzzle Folio.
• Playing on multiple devices using your own account.
• Using accessibility tools that do not automate gameplay.
• Reporting a bug without exploiting it for rewards or rank.

What crosses the line

• Bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, or automated puzzle completion.
• Modified apps, forged API requests, or manipulated local records.
• Faking purchase, advertisement, completion, or reward callbacks.
• Duplicating rewards or deliberately exploiting a known bug.
• Creating deceptive accounts to evade limits or manipulate rankings.
• Accessing another user’s account or interfering with their progress.

How unusual activity is handled

We may review unusual scoring, reward, purchase, or registration patterns. Invalid points, coins, completions, or ranks may be corrected or removed. Serious or repeated abuse can result in leaderboard removal, reward restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

We aim to consider context and avoid penalizing genuine users for ordinary connection errors or app defects.
