Delete directly in Puzzle Folio
The fastest method is available inside the app. Sign in, then go to Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Review the warning and confirm the request.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Download or record anything you want to keep before confirming.

What deletion removes
- Your authentication account and profile.
- Synced favourites, ongoing games, solved history, and settings.
- Leaderboard identity, points, rank, and Journey progress.
- Account-linked Gallery photos and custom puzzle progress.
- Remaining account coins and premium-category unlock records.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund a completed app-store transaction. Puzzle Folio does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.

Information that may be retained
Limited purchase, reward, fraud-prevention, security, legal, or backup records may be retained when required or permitted by law. They are not kept as an active Puzzle Folio profile. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your Puzzle Folio account. Use the subject Delete my Puzzle Folio account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
