Respect for creative work
Puzzle Folio respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights. Catalogue images are intended to be owned, licensed, permitted, or otherwise lawfully available for the app’s use.
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe material in Puzzle Folio infringes your rights, please send a clear notice so we can investigate promptly.

What your notice should include
- Your full name and a reliable email address.
- Identification of the protected work you represent.
- The puzzle title, category, image URL, or screenshot identifying the material.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may have legal consequences. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are uncertain about ownership, licensing, or an applicable exception.

What happens after a report
We may request more information, temporarily restrict material during review, contact the relevant provider or rights holder, remove or replace material, and preserve records where reasonably necessary. We may also respond to a valid counter-notice or legal request.

Private Gallery photos
Users are responsible for having the right to use photos they select for custom Gallery puzzles. Gallery photos are designed to remain private to the user’s account and are not added to the public puzzle catalogue.
